By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement , incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Description of Services

"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to BusinessLoansApprovedFast.com. "User," "you," or "your" refers to the person or entity accessing or using our website. "Services" refers to the lead generation services for small business loans provided by our network.

We provide a platform connecting users (“Consumers”) with lenders (“Agents”). We act solely as a referral marketplace, collecting and transmitting Consumer data to Agents. We do not provide financial, legal, insurance, or tax advice, sell products, or participate in transactions.

User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, complete information and warrant its truthfulness.

Maintain account confidentiality.

Use Services only for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

Not use automated tools, harvest data, impersonate others, or submit spam/fraudulent requests.

Comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA, FCC, CASL, and PIPEDA.

Agents represent and warrant they hold active licenses (e.g., NPN) in all relevant jurisdictions, maintain compliance, and will provide proof upon request. We may suspend/terminate non-compliant users.

User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information

Maintain the confidentiality of your account information

Use the Service only for lawful purposes

Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Not transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code

Consumer Consent Disclosure

By submitting information, Consumers authorize us and Agents to contact via phone, SMS, email, or autodialers for financial services. Consent is not a purchase condition; opt out anytime (reply STOP). We send only confirmation/logistical texts; Agents handle all marketing/sales. We are not liable for Agent communications.

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

Agents warrant full licensure and compliance. We do not verify, monitor, or endorse Agents. Users bear sole responsibility for legal compliance.

No Financial Advice

Content is educational only. Consult professionals for decisions. We are not registered advisors, lenders or brokers.

Accuracy of Information

Estimates are approximate; actual terms depend on Agents/lenders.

Third-Party Services

We connect to independent Agents. We disclaim control, endorsement, or liability for their actions, content, or compliance. Disputes with Agents are solely your responsibility.

Use Restrictions

Services for personal use in Canada/U.S. only. No marketing/recruiting, data scraping, or reverse engineering.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services provided “AS IS” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. No guarantees of uninterrupted access, security, accuracy, or virus-free content. You assume all risks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific lead (minimum $0 if no fee). No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data. Exclusions apply even if advised of possibility.

Indemnification

You indemnify us against claims from your use, violations, licensing failures, or Agent interactions, including fees and regulatory penalties.

Intellectual Property

Site content is our property. Limited license for personal use; no reproduction without permission.

Termination

We may terminate access anytime without notice for any reason.

Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution preferred. Unresolved disputes submit to binding individual arbitration under BC Arbitration Act. No class actions or joinder. You waive jury trials. Opt-out within 30 days. Governing law: British Columbia, Canada. Venue: Courts in Vancouver, BC.

Changes to Agreement

We may update by posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
