Delivers consumer inquiries ("Leads") to third-party lenders, brokers, and financing providers ("Clients").
Does not provide loans, lines of credit, or any form of direct financing.
Does not make lending decisions, credit determinations, or loan approvals.

All Leads are generated through third-party advertising, landing pages, or data collection methods and are delivered to Clients for their own independent follow-up.
2. Eligibility & User Obligations
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you:

Are a legitimate business owner or authorized representative of a business entity.
Are legally permitted to seek business financing in your operating jurisdiction.
Will use the Site only for lawful purposes.

These third parties make all lending and financing decisions independently.
All Services are provided "as is."
4. Consumer Consent & Communications
